All sales are considered to be final and complete upon customer receipt of the product ordered. Packin' Heat does not sell and ship items for test, trial or evaluation. Any returns or exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of receipt. Please call for approval and instructions on any request for return or exchange. Discontinued, clearance and close out items are not eligible for return or exchange. Holsters may be returned or exchanged for acceptable reasons but comfortability or concealability are personal issues and not the responsibility of Packin' Heat Leather. We have no control over which belt; if any; is used, the firearm being carried, the position of the firearm being carried, the mode of dress to conceal the firearm or your body condition. These issues are all of a personal nature and Packin' Heat assumes no responsibility to exchange or replace holsters due to personal condition, preferences or expectations. The determination of the fitness or suitability of any product for a specific use is the responsibility of the buyer, at the time of purchase. Approved exchanges must be for products for the same gun, not for a different firearm, and must be of equal or greater value. Packin' Heat does not "trade" holsters. Any exchanges of holster MUST be for the same gun. Any item being returned must be in its original packaging and must be in "as new" condition to allow it to be returned to inventory. There cannot be any damage or any visible signs of wear or use; we sell "new" equipment. Please call or email to arrange for returns. There will be a minimum restocking charge of $10.00 or 10%, whichever is greater, per item returned except for items returned due to errors on our behalf or if approved for exchange. Note: Shipping and handling charges and sales tax (Texas residents only) are non-refundable. If the item is being exchanged for size, color, or different selection; please include shipping and handling equal to the amount charged for the original purchase or authorize us to charge your credit card, which must be on file. Any packages returned to us must have the RMA number visible on the outside of the package and must include a note with a brief description of the reason for return and the action needed. Be sure to include that you authorize Packin' Heat to bill your credit card for any additional shipping charges or include a Money Order for the correct amount.
